You will have a private bedroom. Some
will also have a private bathroom.

Thursday, May 23rd - 1 p.m. check-in
2:15 – 3:15 pm – Welcome (Heidi): Introductions and getting to know each
other circle
4 pm – Brain Health & Aging: Self-Care & Modalities to Explore
5 – 6 pm – Sit-down dinner
7 pm – Bonfire
8 pm – Sound Healing and Meditation before bed
Friday, May 24th
7 – 8 am – Breakfast and free time
8:30 – 9:30 am – Morning Creek Hike
10 – 10:45 am – Essential Oils. We will be learning about how essential oils
can help you and making pillow sprays and rollerballs.
11 am – Yoga
12 – 1 pm – Lunch and personal time
2 – 3 pm What’s in your food – Brain health and what you eat (Heidi)
3 – 4:30 pm Personal Time
4:30 pm – Creating a Personal Wellness Plan for yourself.
5 – 6 pm – Dinner
7 pm – Bonfire (optional)
8 pm – Sound Healing and Meditation before bed (optional)
Saturday, May 25th
7 – 8 am – Breakfast
9 am – THANK YOU and “sum it all up”

Transportation:
You will drive your own vehicle to the location
Accomodations: Some rooms have a King or queen bed, in which you will be required to share. You may pay extra for your own room. Prices may vary.
Expectations: Meals will be catered. Please let us know of any allergies or food restrictions, so we can best accommodate you.
Cell phones:
This is a retreat to get away. You are welcome to use a cell phone during “independent activity times” and we encourage you to only use them in your room.
Staff:
We will have support staff available 24/7 to help you with your needs and support.
Extra Amenities:
This retreat is inclusive, however, there are a few activities that you can schedule that will cost extra. The prices will be clearly conveyed, and you must sign up for them separately.
